It cost my client thousands of dollars in hotel bills, and he and his family were almost without a home until we switched lenders to Chris, who absolutely saved the day. My client had low credit and has just lost his down payment funds due to situations out of his control with the previous deal, but Chris really stepped it up and was able to make it work. He communicated with all of us very effectively, consistently kept us updated through the whole process, he was empathetic and sympathetic to the situation and what was needed, and most importantly... he was able get my clients mortgage approved when many other mortgage officers said it simply couldn't be done. I was absolutely impressed and grateful for all of his hard work and would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home. Way to go Chris, you're the best!

This is my third home I have purchased and I can easily say that I wish I had worked with Chris Thomas on every single one!!! Not only is Chris kind, but he is very thorough and professional! He does an EXCELLENT job at explaining things in a way that everyone can understand and has gone far out of his way and beyond his minimal responsibilities to help me close on my home. This home was particularly challenging due to an unforeseen issue, causing it to take 5 months to close. Chris was phenomenal for those entire five months and made me feel like closing on my home was always at the top of his priority list despite all of the other work on his desk. He always worked in my best interest and explained the many various options to protect my investment and keep my costs low. 5 STARS, CHRIS! I sincerely hope to work with you again!

He was extremely prompt in responding to my queries and concerns about details of the loan and the associated paperwork. This was absolutely essential in my case since I went through the process of identifying the property and arranging for the mortgage from an out of state location. I was present only on the day of the closing which was also, incidentally, the first in person walk through of the property. The amount of trust and confidence in Chris made the whole project possible. I must thank the real estate agent Jon Hill of EXP Realty who was the person who put me in touch with Chris...Kudos to the whole team...everyone did a fantastic job to ensure smooth sailing!
